Discovering Its Inner Functioning

The system consists of a tile indexer that forms bundles, which are then picked up by an anthropomorphic robot equipped with a special gripper and deposited into the template. The templates are fed into the system via a conveyor belt, which can be easily connected or adapted to any currently used gluing machine.

The MountPro Ceramic EFFICIENCY version employs newly designed trays to hold the tiles. These trays are mechanically flawless, they do not deform, they are cost-effective, lightweight, and easy to produce. They ensure higher productivity in terms of pieces per minute and even greater production efficiency, one of the highest in the industrial mosaic sector and in high-quality productions.
