Discovering Its Inner Functioning
MountPro Glass incorporates an artificial vision system for digital control of tiles before the gluing phase. In the base version of MountPro, the machine fills classic plastic trays of any shape, which are then transported to any version of the used gluing machine.
The EFFICIENCY version is equipped with trays of a new design, mechanically perfect, non-deformable, economical, light and easy to produce. MountPro Glass is able to assemble mosaic trays of any tile shape and size, guaranteeing excellent results in terms of pieces per minute and production efficiency. Upon request, an additional unit can be supplied for the direct production of your own trays.
